Check you is in good health before you arrive for treatment.
Wash her hands or use hand sanitiser before treatment.
Follow guidelines on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Disinfect non-porous materials, e.g. massage couch and equipment.
Wash porous materials e.g. pillowcases, sheets and towels.
Replace couch roll and other disposable materials.
Ventilate the treatment room and reception area.
Change their tunic/top/apron if needed.
Disinfect non-porous materials, e.g. massage couch and equipment.
Wear durable, disposable gloves when cleaning the premises.
Maintain social distancing before and after the treatment.

Complete a short Reflexology Consultation Form if you are new client with a Reflexology appointment - see a step by step process below.
Contact Alison and re-schedule if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, or if any person in your household is self-isolating.
(At your treatment session)
Please come alone. We want to protect all our clients as much as possible so no additional guests will be permitted to enter.
You must wait in your car. Alison will ring/message you and then meet you when she is ready after sanitising and fully cleaning the treatment room after each client as to ensure your safety and our strict policies are adhered to. This may cause a small waiting time. Please be aware that your treatment time will not be affected.
Arrive at the agreed time and ensure social distancing before and after the treatment
Alison will take your temperature with a non contact thermometer before entering. Please be aware that any raised reading will result in your appointment being rescheduled.
Bring a bottle of water for your refreshment.
Wash your hands or use hand sanitiser upon arrival.
If you have your own face mask please wear this if not then a disposable face mask will be provided.
Pay by card or other cashless method, where possible.
